Reborn Cabinets is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on leveraging your expertise in database marketing platforms like Act-On to personalize customer experiences and drive lead generation. You'll also be a whiz with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and marketing campaign management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Database Marketing and Campaign Management:

 

  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising) using Act-On.
  • Segment customer data within Act-On and Salesforce to create targeted email campaigns and nurture leads.
  • Develop and maintain marketing databases: This includes designing the database structure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, implementing data security measures, and managing data hygiene through regular cleansing and updating. 
  • Develop and execute automated marketing workflows to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Act-On and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Generate reports and identify key insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases within Act-On and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and iterate calls to action that drive response; report on all A/B testing results and continually seek out improvements.

 

CRM Expertise:

 

  • Manage lead generation process within Salesforce.
  • Act as SME for CRM reporting, dashboards, data-loading, data integration, and all internal Marketing team CRM needs.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of prospect, target and customer lifecycle through CRM historical data, previous email/digital marketing, and demographic profiles.

 

Marketing Operations and Strategy:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, recruiting, call center, scheduling, and IT teams to share data insights, align marketing strategies with business goals, and ensure data flows seamlessly across departments. 
  • Manage external vendors/partners: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors providing data services, marketing automation tools, and other database-related services.
  • Communicate data insights effectively: Translate complex data analysis into clear and compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide ongoing support to Retail, Field Marketing and other Marketing Channels including creation and trafficking of marketing materials, budget management and expense/invoice reconciliation, and overall campaign execution.
  • Create and develop communication templates and SOPs for all internal and external programs.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Salesforce CRM with expert level proficiency in reporting and data management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working marketing automation tool, Act-On preferred.
  • Experience working with Marketing Intelligence (formerly Datorama) in the Marketing Cloud environment a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and SQL a plus 
  • Demonstrated experience of hands-on design and implementation of B2C customer journeys.
  • History of meeting and exceeding lead generation goals for database re-targeting programs.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and customer-centric strategies.
