As a Junior Market Manager, you will own the Rebuilt property acquisition strategy for your assigned market. From qualifying leads, to engaging with sellers and cultivating a network of valued investors. Your goal is to utilize Rebuilt knowledge, methods, and resources to develop a profitable market-based operation.
You will interact with leads by evaluating fit for Rebuilt and engage sellers to understand their current situation. Using available data, information, and good judgment, you will set in-person and/or virtual appointments as appropriate. Your professionalism and tenacity will further help you win with sellers, investors and grow your market as a whole.
We are a med-size firm and are looking for a strategic and operational incumbent who will lead the design and be comfortable with rolling their sleeves up to execute.
Position Responsibilities:
- Owns the Rebuilt property acquisition strategy for your assigned market—from qualifying leads, to engaging with sellers and cultivating a network of valued investors.
- Utilizes Rebuilt knowledge, methods, and resources to develop a profitable market-based operation.
- Interacts with leads by evaluating and engaging sellers to understand their current situation.
- Uses available data, information, and good judgment, you will set in-person or virtual appointments as appropriate
- Follows defined sales process, you will advance qualified and profitable deals through their various stages including Onsite Visits, Presenting an Offer, and Driving a Seller’s Decision by communicating persuasively and negotiating well.
- Follows-up after a contract is signed, you will oversee and/or lead all parties involved to successfully bring the transaction to a close
- Understands the multiple exit strategies utilized by the Company
- Analyzes of each lead opportunity, including confirming the ARV (After Repair Value) of each appointment
- Prioritizes and sets appointments in an acceptable turn around
- Builds rapport with potential sellers and understands the motivation and readiness of each seller
- Manages leads within the company CRM – logging all contact attempts, conversations had, and any other details that are relevant to the property
- Negotiates a purchase price that maximizes the earning potential of each lead
- Follow-up on a regular basis on all viable leads
- Assist for properties under contract
- Manages the market pipeline to achieve sales quota and growth targets
- Develops a strong, targeted, and enthusiastic investor network
- Attends networking and social events with landlords, investors, and other real estate professionals
- Aims for continuous professional growth around real estate and sales effectiveness
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- If you have a current real estate license that is a plus. If not, it is required to get one within the first 45 days of employment.
- An undergraduate degree; preferable in real estate, sales or entrepreneurship
- A love of sales. Not just any sales; Business to Consumer sales
- 2 years Business to Consumer (B2C) Sales experience required. Prior work experience in consultative selling is a plus.
- Professional Experience and/or a passion for real estate. You are an individual who actively seeks out new information in the industry; listens to podcasts, attends seminars and networking events, or may be seeking your license
