Plant Finance Inventory Manager

On-site requirement: 5 days per week
- As a factory inventory finance manager key focus will be to drive Internal controls and enable accuracy improvement in the factory inventory
- This includes:
- Driving inventory accuracy in partnership with supply
- Supporting supply on regular cycle counts, in line with company policy
- Developing capabilities on root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
- Develop with supply actions to close structural issues.
- Ensuring inventory books are reconciled.
- Coordinating yearly full wall to wall physical inventory count in accordance with company policies.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Audit and inventory management experiences is required. Big four experience preferred.
- 3 years of finance / accounting experience.
- Strong financial analysis demonstrated in previous positions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Strong computer skills required; knowledge of JD Edwards ERP System preferred.
