Who You Are
As a Technical Curriculum Developer creates, adapts, edits, and maintains Recorded Future training content for Virtual, Live, and eLearning and blended delivery, in collaboration with the Curriculum Manager.
What you'll bring to the Technical Curriculum Developer role:
- 1 years experience in designing and developing training materials or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Enjoys both working independently and collaborating as a team.
- Degree, certificate, or completed course work in one or more of the following fields: video production, visual design, adult-centered education, cybersecurity, instructional design
- Life-long learner with growth mindset
- Adhere to Recorded Future values including professionalism and respect
- Passion for creating strong training design
- Ability to problem solve and develop solutions
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies and focus on user experience
- Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIE or Agile design
What you'll do as a Technical Curriculum Developer:
- In coordination with Instructional Designer and/or Curriculum Manager: Design and develop training materials that address multiple learning styles and modalities of instruction, including: content, application scenarios, and assessments.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand and team design standards: Provide constructive feedback to team members and incorporate feedback from SMEs and team members.
- Meet responsibilities; track task completion and communicate project status using project management software tools.
- Partner with Recorded Future subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content
- Utilize educational frameworks to design learning paths for clients and Futurists that include various assessment tools.
- Design and produce training tools, such as printable job aids and quick reference guides (supplemental learning materials).
- Coordinate training audit cycle and archive training materials in order to ensure training content accuracy and applicability.
- Document content and update workflows.
