About the Position:

The eCommerce Accounts Manager will be working with the objective of establishing, retaining, and growing partnerships with key eCommerce retailers and online marketplaces. Responsibilities include account management, growing product sales and profitability, assortment planning, sales/performance reporting and analysis, and the management of promotional activities and advertising campaigns. They will be responsible for the overall management of the online accounts while delivering an exceptional customer experience on our eCommerce marketplaces and retailer platforms.

What's Expected (including but not limited to):

  • Merchandise the eCommerce sites to deliver a compelling online experience, through clear category navigation and storytelling.
  • Establish relationships with buyers, category managers, advertising, and merchandising teams to effectively communicate and work collaboratively to drive growth in sales, profitability, market share and product rankings on category landing pages.
  • Identify and monitor business KPIs focusing on goals for revenue, margin, and customer experience, as well as drive and execute initiatives to improve them.
  • Work with retail advertising teams to identify new promotional opportunities by analyzing past sales/product listings rankings and making product and pricing recommendations to management for inclusion.
  • Work with the Director of Online Sales and outside agency(ies) to strategically launch sponsored product campaigns on retail media networks and marketplaces, tracking media spend and various KPI’s such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, Impressions, CTR, CPC, etc. while targeting best ROI.
  • Working with the eCommerce Support Specialist, responsible for new item setups and maintenance of existing items at partner accounts, including the internal collection of content, imagery and video, and submission to retail partners via their portals and/or PIM sheets.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of best-in-class assets and how to effectively market to increase traffic and searchability on sites.
  • Audit retail partner websites, ensuring most up-to-date information is displayed ensuring accuracy in copy, imagery, pricing, inventory availability and items submitted for promotion are featured on sites.
  • Work internally with Merchandising and Creative teams to obtain retailer-specific assets and otherwise improve content and product listings.
  • Responsible for analyzing & maximizing UGC (customer reviews, Q&A, images, etc.) on retailer and marketplace websites. In working with appropriate team lead at partner accounts, ensure reviews are syndicated and up to date.
  • Track and report on customer return rates at partner accounts, making recommendations and improvements to product listings to reduce occurrences.
  • Monitor partner account health and metrics, working with our Customer Experience and Operations teams to proactively resolve SLA issues and alerting management of the same.
  • Support Accounting, Sales, EDI and Customer Experience teams to resolve pricing, order, invoicing and inventory discrepancies, order cancellations, A to Z claims, etc.
  • Assists in software integrations with new and existing accounts for troubleshooting and testing, as well as making sure key participants are adhering to set timelines.
  • Assists with the onboarding and integration of new omnichannel retailers and marketplaces.
  • Assists with additional tasks and projects as requested by management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Requires intermediate knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central (3P) platform including A content, brand registry, FBA/FBM fulfillment and returns, paid advertising and experience in business and payment reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative and make educated decisions with minimal guidance from senior management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, listening and interpersonal
  • Demonstrated ability to manage & prioritize multiple, concurrent projects against timelines
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial drive, and an ability to inspire
  • Strong online aptitude with ability to navigate multiple portals and sites

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or closely related field, though equivalent working experience may be accepted
  • Minimum of 3 years working with eCommerce marketplaces and online only retailers
  • 4 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and account management
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution company is highly preferred
  • Clerical experience (answering phones, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
