This critical leadership role oversees clinical operations of the agency and related case management. Understanding of geriatric care and patient care customer service skills required. Ability to relate and interact well with key client resources and other acute and post acute providers is necessary, along with the ability to lead and support strong teams. Understanding of regulatory requirements and rigorous demands of RCD is preferred. This powerful role provides guidance and support to field clinicians for clinical care needs as well as OASIS assessment skills, time management improvement, etc.
The Director, Clinical Services is an important, high-level leadership function requiring the ability to work independently, set a positive environment, and take responsibility. The ability to execute plans is required.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and improvement in agency performance.
