Our profitable and growing Air Conditioning Company seeks a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to aid the already continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a detailed sales strategy and key metrics to drive and measure sales performance. Responsibilities:
· Build, train, supervise and mentor front line Salespeople.
· Service existing accounts and obtain new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade connections.
· Methods include cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
· Educate customers on the benefits of using our company for a variety of services.
- Meets with existing and/or potentially new customers to foster relationships that will eventually result in increased sales.
- Works primarily with ‘House Accounts,’ to maintain lasting relationships with known customers.
- Find opportunities to expand client base.
- Use Google Ads to track ROI’s and initiate new campaigns.
- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.
· Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
· Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
· Use Good AC’ pricing tool to Estimate bids.
· Use incentives to drive sales and reward the top performers.
· Track sales metrics for performance to ensure that goals are met and/or exceeded.
· Maintain a “Blue Ocean” by monitoring market trends and staying knowledgeable of competitors leaving and entering the market.
Qualifications:
· Honest, Trustworthy, and Reliable
· Team player who works well with others, able to take instruction and direction.
· Can Do Attitude: Positive, Helpful and Energetic.
· Ten (5) years of hands-on experience actively seeking and closing sales for small to mid-size business.
- Proven track record as a ‘go-getter’ with an understanding of drivers behind sales and expanding market share.
- Demonstrated budget management skills
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental sales principles
- Goal-driven and Solution-Focus Sales approach.
- Ability to target specific markets and customize sales strategies to fit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and sales management software.

Experience:
· Bachelor's (Preferred)
