The anticipated salary range for this position is up to $100,000, annually. Starting pay will depend upon job-related factors including relevant experience and skills. We are currently in a hybrid mode, and this role would be expected to be in the office approximately twice a week. The office is in Boulder, CO, steps away from Pearl Street Mall.

The IT Administrator II will work with Recurly’s IT infrastructure. They will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality, efficiency, and satisfaction of Recurly’s corporate staff.
The IT Administrator II must be knowledgeable in macOS software and systems. The role requires critical thinking and problem solving with high attention to detail. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and training for end users
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of end-user systems
  • Install and configure software and hardware (OS, applications, etc)
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain standards and functionality
  • Maintain inventory levels such as equipment, peripherals, etc.
  • Ensure meeting room functionality and organization
  • Provide A/V assistance for company meetings
  • Keep IT related supplies clean and organized

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator in a macOS environment
  • Ability to assume increased responsibility
  • Experience with GSuite, SSO, MFA, Okta, Jamf, Salesforce, BetterCloud is a plus
  • Ability to be a self-starter
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution
  • Very detail oriented with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide mentoring and teaching to junior members of the team
