The Red Bull Culture Marketing team builds brand relevance through the execution of programs that give wings to creative communities focused in the playgrounds of music, dance, art, and social innovation. You will guide the development and execution of regional culture-focused marketing projects. Through events, artists, and opinion leaders, you will build local and regional brand affinity while paying into Red Bull's global strategies, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Job Description
PLANNING & COLLABORATION
Influence business planning by identifying regional Culture Marketing opportunities and leading the development and build-out of potential culture activations for the Region
Be the culture expert within your Region, understand what is relevant within the culture landscape and identify latest trends and scenes to build for the future
Lead Red Bull brand activation strategy at supported third-party Culture Marketing events within the region
Contribute to planning, using departmental strengths to create impactful plans for the brand
Collaborate with colleagues responsible for event programming to develop inspirational projects
EVENTS AND PROJECTS
Lead project management and execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan
Define and evaluate what success is across all team members through facilitation of project kick-off, post mortem and recap exercises
Oversee the delivery of local event properties, both Red Bull titled and 3rd party, always ensuring product availability and perfect production implementation
Manage and allocate regional culture resources to ensure on-budget delivery of projects and events
Lead development and execution of below the line marketing plans to achieve desired event and project goals
Manage event ticketing plans to increase consumer touch points and maximize incremental revenue
Support the Communications team to achieve media outcome
Collaborate with Brand and Partnership teams to identify appropriate amplification opportunities within local events
ARTISTS & INFLUENCERS
Identify with regional artists and opinion leaders to lead product trial and amplify our existing culture plans
Identify locally relevant opinion leader stories and help create opportunities to amplify their reach within and beyond the region
Establish a rich network in regional culture scenes to maintain awareness of latest trends and opinions leaders
Identify opportunities to create the right artist and industry moments designed to deliver unique brand experiences and convert participation into our Marketing projects
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Find and hire the right people to lead regional Culture Marketing projects
Promote a motivated team by coaching individual, strengths-based practices
Identify and train employees for succession opportunities
Provide direct and productive feedback to help maintain quality performance
Create a culture that rewards effort and execution following Red Bull's values
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Marketing with a focus on lifestyle, experiential and culture-related marketing
An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
Event production for live music and other culture-related events
Knowledge of and experience with identifying several culture trends and scenes on a regional and national level
Manage collaborative projects from brainstorming through planning and execution including complex budget management
Knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content in the digital and social media landscape
A history of coaching and leading development to foster a collaborative and creative environment
