The Red Cliff Chippewa Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the position of Occupancy Specialist. Come join a team of committed, compassionate, and performance driven group of individuals that strive to make a difference in the community.
The candidate selected will conduct admissions and occupancy functions, resident services and administrative work for various housing programs consistently administered by the RCCHA in accordance with program regulations and requirements. Assists in the maintaining the safety and security of the property by ensuring that policies are adhered to. Duties include leases and project/program compliance.
Duties:
assist with client/applicant intake; gathering all paperwork necessary to process housing applications. assists in performing income and other verifications. Does background checks/screenings. Enters data into computerized systems and also performs manual calculations for rent, utility allowances, etc.
Assists with annual and interim re-certifications, interim recerts; enters and follows up on work orders. Assists Housing Services Manager with lease compliance elements.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
