* Monitor and diret all store operation.
* Monitor store performance through daily, monthly and yearly reports.
* Develop plans to improve store performance.
* Prepare a strategic plan for the store.
* Coordinate interviewing and hiring of employees with Upper Management.
* Communicate store performance to Upper Management.
* Review emloyee job performance and evaluate employees.
* Work with employees to set vacation schedules and approve schedules.
* Develop and monitor employee onboarding/training.
* Research and log all safety violations, report violations to Upper management.
* Approve merchandise stocking levels and make equipment purchase requirement.
* Review Annual Inventory Reports.
* Prepare monthly and annual store budgets.
* Maintain insurance and bonding policies.
* Responsible for store security.
* Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures.
* Conducts Safet Meeting.
* Other duties as required.
* Supervise maintenance of the facility and grounds.
