Job Description: Join a team of Rockstars at Red Level as a Business Development Representative who is responsible for driving Managed and IT services.. The Business Development Representative will execute sales strategy, identify needs and sell appropriate technical services or product to meet those needs. The Business Development Representative will coordinate a broad range of activities at Red Level to include content development, events, social media, email marketing, sales reporting and communications, and partner vendor campaigns.
As a Business Development Representative on the Sales team at Red Level, you will…
· Drive and track opportunities through the five Red Level sales stages of Prospect, Contact, Discovery, Proposal, and Win.
· Prospect via professional networking, Red Level lead generation campaigns, internal and external events.
· Respond quickly to leads provided by events, partner referrals, consultants, or professional contacts
· Seek to understand the client’s environment, motivation, budget, timeline, and decision-making process, plus identify competition.
· Build a productive relationship with Consultants to develop effective qualifying questions, for assistance with qualified sales opportunities, and to move opportunities through the pipeline.
· Complete weekly sales activity reports accurately and on-time.
· Build and maintain a proactive sales relationship with a base of client accounts. Perform CRM client account management activities to stay in-touch with client needs and key contacts; e.g., extend personal invitations to Red Level CRM events or other related events, hold semi-annual CRM in person meeting(s) with key contacts, and/or hold annual technology strategy meeting(s) with key contacts
· Coordinate Red Level, key vendor, and other strategic partner resources to move opportunities forward.
· Increase Red Level’s name recognition and exposure in the business community through strategic organization participation, trade shows, user groups, conference participation and networking events.

· Prior success in selling, preferably in intangible services and/or technology-based solutions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
· Solutions selling to the C-Suite
· Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advanced technology solutions from Microsoft, Valo, Acme, Dell/EMC, Azure
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
· Must have excellent customer service skills.
· Must have a positive attitude, be self-driven, confident and tenacious.
· Must be flexible, adaptable and resilient
· Previous experience using CRM’s
