Job Summary:

The Resort Administrator at Red Mountain Resort is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations throughout the resort. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, assisting in shipping and receiving, handling invoices, and supporting managers to maintain an exceptional level of service and organization.

Job Specification:
  • Location: Onsite at Red Mountain Resort
  • Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time
  • Hourly Rate: $18/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and scheduling for all departments.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and manage appointments for resort management and staff.
  • Support managers by assisting with various tasks, ensuring efficient communication and workflow across the resort.
  • Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of invoices and materials, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with invoice management and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Organize and support special events, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
