What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA position at Red River Therapeutic Solutions?

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with special needs and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques.

Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.

Pay: $81,429.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
