What You’ll Do : Lead the Team
Lead the Team
Create a fun and inviting workplace with high morale and a positive atmosphere.
Continuously learn, lead, and passionately share Red Robin standards and culture with all team members.
Lead with integrity and hold team members accountable while adhering to company policies.
Run It Like You Own It
Adopt a business owner mindset and act as the second in command, work closely with the Managing Partner, and assist with responsibilities.
Implement systems to enhance restaurant efficiency and overall performance.
Contribute to achieving financial results, controlling costs, and managing purchasing.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members.
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all FOH and BOH functions in order to supervise team members.
Manage weekly inventory and manages labor on a shift-by-shift basis.
Unbridled Hospitality
Engage with the community to drive loyalty, sales, and excitement in the brand.
Prioritize guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.
Partner in taking ownership of exceptional guest satisfaction by leading and empowering our FOH and BOH teams to exceed guest expectations through Red Robin hospitality standards.
Delivering up Awesome American Food
Ensure compliance with all food safety and security procedures.
Partner with your management team on FOH and BOH operations to ensure success in all Red Robin service and kitchen standards.
Qualifications : Required
Required
Must be 21 years of age
2 years of management experience
Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
Strong P&L knowledge
Able to obtain required certifications / permits as required by state / local law
Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Preferred
Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
Experience managing a team
Physical Requirements :
Lifting to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally; Lifting overhead frequently.
Color and depth perception required for vision. Needs both near and far vision.
Twists and reaches regularly. Grasps objects to move or manipulate them frequently.
Stand and walk constantly.
Listen to and comprehend Team Members and guests over background and equipment noise.
Frequent hand washing required.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a / c, and freezer.
Expect to work with computers, iPad technology for inventory, calculators, copy machines, printers, desk supplies, cash drawers, food products and cooking equipment.
Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and or mandated by local Health and Safety Departments.
