What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Red Wing Shoes?
We are a Family Owned company that have network on 9 stores within our group. Our stores have small compact teams! 2-4 employees. We opened our doors in 2013 and have the best view you can get
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including administrative tasks, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and train store employees
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor market trends and adjust store offerings accordingly
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and create reports
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
Additionally:
- Hands on customer service required (working with customers each step of the process)
- Able to lift 30lbs
- Utilize technology, IOS, and Red Wing specific system
- Positive Attitude
- Be a part of a fun group

Experience:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and marketing techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
