Responsibilities:
Stock Associate Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize merchandise shipments
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and on the sales floor
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise
- Provide detailed product information and make recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
