Fast paced law firm is currently looking to hire an entry level receptionist to manage the front desk and assist lawyers and staff. This position involves contact with clients so professionalism is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important, as are general office and computer abilities, highly organized, adapt at prioritizing and multi-tasking. This position does not require previous law firm experience.
Legal Intake Specialist Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
Previous legal experience a plus
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
