Job description
As the Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and expand our healthcare services in the region. You will work closely with physicians, hospitals, payers, and other healthcare providers, and will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, customer relationship management, and market research. You will also manage a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5 years of experience in healthcare business development, Skilled Nursing Facilities, sales, or marketing, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Experience in creating and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends.
