THE JOB: Own and manage the delivery of a brilliant and unique events to help Redstor achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
You’ll possess excellent organisation skills and be happy managing multiple events simultaneously including event planning and execution, stand design and build, shipping and logistics, promotional merchandise, storage, reporting and coming up with innovative ideas to make Redstor events more successful. This is an ideal role for a well established events manager or someone looking to make a step up.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To work with the Head of Channel Marketing to research, plan, execute and report on all Redstor events in the US regions
- To research potential events for Redstor to participate in including industry trade shows, MSP focused user groups, networking sessions, Redstor hosted events and Redstor hosted webinars
- To capture leads within HubSpot post event and allocated to the Redstor Sales team in a timely manner
- To ensure the Redstor sales team is updating allocated leads to ensure accurate reporting and return on investment metrics
- To work with the Marketing team to design, develop and execute event invitations and post event follow up emails
- To attend Redstor events and assist with the build of Redstor’s exhibition booth where required
- To work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure exhibition kit and promotional merchandise is delivered and stored in line with event timelines
- To set up and run Webinars using Redstor’s preferred webinar platform and social platforms such as LinkedIn
- To assist in posting social content before, during and after Redstor events to amplify messaging and brand awareness
- To suggest innovative ideas for booth collateral and promotional items and event promotions to drive more traffic
- Update Redstor’s website to ensure all current events are visible
- To ensure any Redstor presentations are submitted to event organisers on-time
- To provide suggestions for innovative hospitality events in the US region
- To be a key member of the events team in the planning and execution of RedTribe Live – Redstor’s first ever global partner conference
- To research and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve event performance
- Own an event target for each event in terms of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and ensure targets are me

- Comfortable in customer facing scenarios with the ability to speak confidently around Redstor’s value proposition
- Excellent project management skills
