Our department maximizes employee experience and culture by providing excellent customer service to both our staff and our clients! You will be utilizing your expertise and gaining knowledge with all aspects of Human Resources — assisting in recruiting, maintaining human resource files, conducting and/or assisting with new hire orientation, and always looking for ways to improve employees' experience. You will help with payroll functions such as processing timesheets and maintaining a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive HR issues.
Who you are:
➔ 2 years in Human Resource role
➔ Preferred completed college courses and/or certification in Human Resources
➔ Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS software.

The Role:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, employee files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- May assist with payroll functions including timesheet review, answering employee questions, fixing timesheet summary errors, and distributing checks.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Assists with scheduling interviews and applicant screening
- Posts required labor law information on the company intranet
