Summary of Role

Bring your experience to support technical, network, and infrastructure support and provide professional, courteous on-site and remote troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365 and IT Infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide End User support in a hybrid Office365 environment including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
  • Manage firewalls and network equipment (i.e. Fortigate, Cisco, etc.)
  • Maintain and service rack mounted servers / switches / routers and other associated hardware.
  • Develop and support LANs, WANs, TCP/IP, Routing, VPN’s, and Firewall.
  • Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and GPO design & management.
  • Support Wireless network setup, management and security.
  • Provide support and maintenance to various SaaS applications
REQUIREMENTS:
  • An Associates Degree/technical diploma, or equivalent job experience and/or training
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience (w/a 2 year degree or 6 years without), supporting Microsoft and associated desktop applications running in a networked environment.
  • Experience with High-security environments (Security Certificates, and PIV).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Domains, AD, Azure AD Windows, Office Suite and 365
  • Experience troubleshooting & repairing server & PC hardware
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills with the ability to support throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of MS Office tools.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship not accepted).
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience with Linux operation systems
  • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for projects and follow-through to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills in a competing priority environment
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
  • Ability to travel - primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.

Pay Range:
$45,000 - $85,000

How We Determine What We Pay (Compensation Philosophy)
Redwire determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout the US. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will be considered for higher pay.
