Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, a HumanGood life plan community in Escondido, CA is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for its Skilled Nursing team.
\n** Full-time, 10am - 6:30pm ** 4 - 2 Schedule
\n** $45 - $51/Hr. ** $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for New External Hire
\nA day in the life may include:
\n- \n
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm \n
- Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments \n
- Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care \n
- Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction \n

To be successful in the role, you would have:
\n- \n
- Current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying \n
- Current CPR certification \n
- Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred \n
- Current/prior Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable \n
