Job Overview:

Reed construction is a growing home improvement contractor in York, PA. We specialize in apartment renovations and working with real estate investors. We are seeking a skilled Construction Lead to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, construction planning, and team leadership.

Duties:

- Coordinate and lead construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise construction laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support
- Develop project schedules, coordinate for materials, and monitor progress

Requirements:

- Experience in construction trades and ability to learn others

- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency in construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse project stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Overtime
