We are a small portrait studio, specializing in school photography. Our studio is currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. Applicant must be available to work Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring customer inquiries
- Make customers feel welcome and valued at all times
- Maintain professional appearance of front receptionist area and dressing rooms
- Handle customer orders in person or on the telephone
- Schedule appointments
- Filing
- Supply management
- Assist other team members as needed
- Handle additional duties as requested
