Parking Manager
Compensation: $52,000 - $70,000 per year

What You'll Do
This position reports to the General Manager. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Parking Operations. You will be overseeing a staff of multiple positions; ensuring the proper protocols and company policies are being followed for the efficiency and effectiveness of each employee. Candidate will have 2 years of supervisor experiences, excellent client relations and customer service skills. Parking industry experience is preferred. Must be available for all major events and must be willing and able to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.
Jobs Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working Variable schedule including weekends and holidays;
- Manage all scheduling and staffing activities for event supervisors, traffic ambassadors, cashiers and maintenance staff;
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training, coaching, deploying, and evaluating all staff;
- Supervise up to 25 employees either directly or through other supervisors;
- Encourage and participate in staff training and development at all times and Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization and the client to all staff;
- Bi-weekly payroll, Including daily review and entering of time cards-Managing in and out times to daily schedule through the UKG App;
- Overseeing the maintenance of the garage that all levels of the parking lots are cleaned and garbage receptacles emptied in a timely basis;
- Working closely with management of the attached apartments as well as other tenants;
- Understanding PARC's equipment with basic repair and reporting knowledge;
- Handle customer service issues and ensure that they are quickly and efficiently resolved;
- Procure materials/supplies necessary for maintaining optimal job performance levels;
- Assist in budget preparations;
- Oversee the opening and closing activities for parking lots seasonal readiness;
- Other duties as may be assigned.
What We Want From You:
- Must hold a valid State Driver's License and meet company background standards; should have previous cash handling knowledge and experience;
- PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), level II Excel
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong client relations staff management skills.
- Customer Service experience, 2 years
- Previous Supervisory experience a plus
- Hands-on approach to management
- Previous P & L experience helpful but not necessary
- 2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
