**Position Overview:**
As the Office Leader with a focus on internal and external marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence, culture and brand identity of our practice. In addition to overseeing front office operations, you will lead marketing efforts to attract new patients, engage existing patients, and enhance our practice's reputation in the community. You will manage daily office activities, and collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. This role requires a combination of strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing strategies, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and direction fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline workflows and optimize patient flow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance practice efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase practice visibility, attract new patients, and drive practice growth.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and to educate and engage patients.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental or healthcare setting, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 33 per week
