Swimming Pond - Pool Maintenance Coordinator

Reflections Water Gardens is looking for a results-driven Maintenance - Customers Service representative to actively run, service and coordinate our service department. You will be responsible for the continued service of our client's projects, acquiring new accounts and training new team members. Self-motivation, ambition and a passion for service in outdoor environments with water are a must to be successful at Reflections Water Gardens. 

• Detect and correct leaks or cracks in the pool area’s structure, pipes, or plumbing
• Diagnose faulty equipment to determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced
• Install new underwater lights
• Maintain record of paperwork and services performed
• Advise customers on best preventative maintenance practices

• Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships 
• Estimate and acquire new accounts
• Achieve agreed upon goals and outcomes 
• Coordinate Maintenance and Service with team members 
• Continued improvement through feedback from team and clients 
• Post to social media for awareness and prospecting efforts 

• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license
• Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred
• Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy equipments and dexterity are required

• Highly motivated and driven with water feature service background 
• Knowledge of both biological and chemical systems 
• Excellent communication and people skills 
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 
• Ability to solve problems 
• Ability to work in the field and office as required
