CAREER OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on a variety of projects.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies.
- Contribute to brand development initiatives and public relations efforts.
- Help create and edit engaging copy for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Support the development and implementation of advertisements across multiple channels.
- Participate in marketing management activities, including market research and campaign analysis.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
- Deck, slide, and one-sheet creation for various teams across the company.
- Social media support.
- Copywriting and editing content.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn.
