As the Regional Manager, you will take charge of all branch operations within your designated area, ensuring that sales targets, installation quality, customer experience, and team performance meet or exceed expectations. The Regional Manager is responsible for hiring, developing, and motivating their team members so they can reach their fullest potential.

Key Duties:
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team of managers, sales reps, and installers.
- Driving sales, managing floor installations, and customer service initiatives
- Collaborating with senior management to set regional objectives
- Developing and executing our regional business plan to achieve sales and profit goals
- Analyzing sales data and providing regular reports on regional performance
Requirements:
- Previous multi-unit management experience required
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to hire, train, and develop people
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to relocate is a plus
