We are seeking a full-time Executive Director in our Chesapeake, Virginia location.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, directing and performing various clinical and management functions for the practice network to maintain optimal operational, clinical, financial, and business standards. Serving as management for the business and clinical operations associated with Coastal Counseling Center and supporting the needs of an expanding practice.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation:
- Salary model
- Employee can earn $90,000 - 105,000 annually.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PMHNP license in Virginia
- One year of operational leadership experience
- Two-year experience as a therapist
- Strong relationship skills

Job Duties/Daily Tasks
- 10 Clinical Hours Per Week
- Daily Timecard Approval for admins
- Verify clinical and non-clinical payroll and submit for processing.
- Approval of PTO Requests in ADP
- Clinical Recruitment (Collaborate with Talent Solutions)
- Admin Recruitment (Collaborate with Talent Solutions)
- Onboarding of New Providers
- Culture of the Organization (Outings and Gatherings)
- Oversee & Coordinate Team Meetings
- Provide Supervision to Clinicians and Document Accordingly- including review of documentation
- Review of provider productivity and completion of monthly reports
- Liaison between OBC/RMH and office staff/clinicians
- Utilize Athena EMR for business operations and clinical documentation.
