We seek a Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) at our East Providence, RI location.
The Intake Team is the heart and hub of the practice. The tasks described below allow us to add new patients, manage existing patients, support clinician productivity and satisfaction, promote RCM success, and successfully communicate with patients, families, and referral sources.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.

RICBT is a genuinely multidisciplinary mental health, psychotherapy, and coaching practice in Rhode Island (and Connecticut, under the OneCBT brand) specializing in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral approaches. We are passionate about helping people overcome a wide range of emotional problems (such as anxiety and depression) and helping them thrive as a students, spouse, parent, or professional. We have over sixty psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists practicing in five locations (East Providence, Barrington, Warwick, and North Kingstown in Rhode Island and New Haven, CT) and serving a wide geographic area. We focus on two primary aims at RICBT. First, we strive to amaze and delight our patients with how rewarding it can be to work with us here. Second, we strive to protect our work culture – keeping it relaxed, close-knit, educational, and conducive to professional growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Warm, intelligent, articulate, detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology
- Willing to learn and grow in the position

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
- Read New Patient Packets and match them to accepting clinicians.
- Verify insurance benefits
- Obtain authorizations
- Monitor receptionist's email
- Manage Barrington site (order supplies, manage physical plant issues, get & distribute mail)
- Serve as dedicated admin for ~6 clinicians and ~3 prescribers
- Dedicated admins manage their clinicians' schedules and new patient flow and help with administrative tasks such as phone calls, paperwork, follow-up on lab work or medical record requests, etc.
