The franchise Sales Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the leads/ prospects in the pipeline taking them through to the franchise sale to support the organization's growth and revenue targets. They will work collaboratively with theFranchise Business Manager.

- Contacting new prospects within 24 hours of them being allocated to you
- Not letting deals rot in the pipeline and are actively progressing them to the sale
- Actively talking with leads/prospects to progress them through the due diligence process

- Work with Franchise Business Manager to ensure you have access to information/tools to deliver on prospecting targets

Franchise network developers Contacting people through LinkedIn to see if they are interested in finding out more about the opportunity If interested enter their details into a prospects list to be followed up
Sales relationship managers Following up people on the prospects list in Pipedrive and providing a high-level introduction to the franchise opportunity and inviting them to attend the initial live briefing webinar
- Maintaining contact with them to help them progress effectively through the due diligence process
- Helping the head office team provide the best information to prospects to assist the due diligence process
- Ensure that prospects are communicated with and facilitate meetings and communication with Management throughout the process
