Job Posting for Sales Performance Analyst (Revenue Strategist) at Refreshment Services Pepsi - Quincy
The primary focus of this position is on analyzing sales data and trends to develop strategic approaches for maximizing revenue. This position will provide administrative support to Sales Managers and is located at our distribution center in Quincy, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes a wide range of data for reporting on all lines of business and makes presentations to Sales Managers.
Compile sales and profit data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Enter pricing and discount information and access the system for other sales-related information.
Retain a thorough understanding of sales software and act as the subject matter expert in assisting the Sales team with the program.
Tracking of accruals and funding of all designated accounts.
Prepare all authorization forms for all customers and the preparation of pricing contracts.
Gain an understanding of the company’s sales processes and philosophies through participation in sales calls to both large and small format accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is preferred
Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills
Must have an understanding of the sales process
Must be self-motivated and be able to work with little direct supervision
Must be organized with strong time management skills
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point and Excel
Must have a customer-service mindset
