Regal Rexnord, a leading company in the industrial sector, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Management Intern to assist with the execution of our Oracle EBS project. This project involves separating a major Distribution warehouse from multiple field warehouses and managing potential international business operating units. Key aspects of the project include data conversion and related process configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Managers in executing the Oracle EBS project.
• Follow up on action items, issues to solutions, and ensure effective progress.
• Plan and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in coordinating with global teams.
• Work with Project Managers in the US, India, and potentially other countries, contributing to our diverse and collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• No specific educational background is required; we are seeking individuals who possess a strong aptitude for learning, are eager to tackle challenges, and demonstrate readiness to assume new responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

• Skilled in making timely and well-informed decisions, taking into account relevant factors and potential impacts on project outcomes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
