For more information, please visit RegencyCenters.com.About this Opportunity: Regency Centers is seeking a Lease Administration Reporting Specialist to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This person will be responsible for collecting, running, and maintaining leasing transaction reports. Will serve as point person for various teams within the organization to ensure completeness and accuracy of data provided and consistency of reporting across multiple platforms. Will work directly with the Manager, Lease Administration to conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source of truth where possible.  Key Responsibilities: Collect and input leasing transaction data into various reporting platforms. Extract and combine data from multiple sources to prepare monthly/quarterly Lease Administration reports. Work directly with Lease Administrators, Leasing, and Property Management to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and consistency of data input across multiple platforms. Create and maintain reporting documentation of policies and procedures. Automate data preparation and report creation where possible. Assist Manager Lease Administration to develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data utilizing REmaap and/or Power BI. Development of ad-hoc reports as necessary. Build understanding of business and reporting statistics provided by Lease Administration to find opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors Work with Manager, Lease Administration to resolve any issues/questions that may arise. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required 1 years of lease administration experience in commercial real estate Prior experience preparing reports and report automation a plus Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Personal Characteristics: Ability to read and comprehend complex legal documents Strong attention to written details while completing multiple tasks Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines Priority setting, organization and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (interpersonal savvy and customer focus) including training technical skills High level of professionalism, trust, and integrity Benefits:  We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
