The MES Operations Analyst provides understanding for manufacturing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communications with other departments. We are looking for someone who can continuously recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
As the MES Operations Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
Reviewing company documentation including SOPs, SPECS, and Manufacturing Batch Records to assess MES impact
Identifying difficulties and revising logic and procedures
Supervising and driving process MES change controls and writing test plans
Working with Technical Trainers to develop training plans for MES users
Collaborating in the creation, review, and approval of validation documents
Coordinating the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and other changes
Developing MES recipes, workflows, and electronic batch records to meet the requirements of manufacturing and QA users
Providing end-user support for MES usage and working closely with IT to troubleshoot problems

To be considered for the Assoc. MES Operations Analyst role you must have a BS/BA in a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
To be considered for the MES Operations Analyst role you must have a BS/BA in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
To be considered for the Sr. MES Operations Analyst role you must have a BS/BA in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
