Position Summary
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will lead and support strategic analytics and high priority initiatives that will enable Regent Surgical to achieve its short- and long-term goals. Regent is accelerating its growth efforts within the dynamic ambulatory surgery center landscape, and this position will serve a critical role in growing the Strategy function to enable data-driven insights and opportunity prioritization. An ideal candidate will bring an energetic, collaborative approach to strategic analytics and strategy development, and the role will position a successful candidate for executive exposure and professional growth at Regent within the Strategy function or across the broader organization.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analytics to support Regent's growth and the growth of our partners.
- Drive strategic value by translating analytics into insights and actionable recommendations; this includes the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information from disparate sources.
- Present findings of analysis to Regent executive leadership team and external executives.
- Lead development of market assessments to identify and prioritize surgical growth opportunities for Regent and its health system partners.
- Maintain strategic growth tools and select business intelligence assets for the organization.
- Work with a wide variety of data sources and have the ability to connect and align them.
- Support/manage emerging strategic initiatives and related business case development, including market research and analysis and financial analysis.
- Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders, including development, finance, strategy, managed care, and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
- MS Excel experience required; PowerBI or data modeling experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations
- Team-oriented with a desire to learn and flexibility to adapt to evolving needs
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and always has customer needs in mind
- Self-starter who can respond to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field required
- Two to Six (2-6) years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, analytics, finance, or related field preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
