Compensation for a Loan Specialist begins at a $36,400 salary and is negotiable based on proven experience and skillset. With monthly commissions, you can expect to earn roughly $41,800 in your first year. This role offers uncapped commission- we reward hard work and don’t want you to rely on your salary alone.
This is a full-time, in-office position operating Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:30pm. An additional expectation is to work one Saturday per month for 3 hours.
Loan Specialist Duties:
- Originate, process, and finalize credit loan applications
- Minimize delinquent debt by using good judgement when lending and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the course of their loan
- Expand account volume through marketing via warm calling
- 200 warm calls, leading to 6-9 applications, resulting in 1-2 loans per day
Loan Specialist Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; reliable transportation with insurance coverage
- Willing to submit to a drug screen, background check, and credit pull
- Proven sales experience in a role where you earned commission
- A strong sales mentality- must be a relationship-building expert
