Qualifications:
- Completion of an associate, baccalaureate or master’s degree program in Nursing. BSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 5 years of hire.
- Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
- CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family members and co-workers
