Job Summary:
The Director of the Center for Global Engagement will support the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management Operations playing a key role in developing and executing a forward-thinking vision and a mission-driven organizational culture for the Center for Global Engagement team. Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management Operations, this position oversees the day-to-day-operations of international recruitment and admissions. Supervises all staff members and student employees of the Center for Global Engagement. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder who listens, inspires, and establishes trust and collaborative partnerships across the University.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential
International Admissions and Operations

Manages international recruitment, admissions and enrollment.

Maintain international enrollment reports for each semester. Maintain weekly comparison reports by country and region in order to project international enrollment.

Review and sign I-20 forms for all prospective international students.

Review transfer forms from other universities for the issuance of Regis University transfer I-20.

Facilitate the appropriate course scheduling of new international students, especially with regards to major choices, transfer credit, and English proficiency by acting as liaison and coordinator between the International Admissions and Academics.

Coordinate proper academic placement of students based on the TOEFL/IELTS/PTE score results at the beginning of each semester of study.

Work in conjunction with the Student Affairs in coordinating residence hall assignments, or off-campus housing (if necessary) and international student arrivals for each semester.

Work in conjunction with Director of Enrollment Marketing in creating and updating international admissions materials.

Participate in ongoing professional development such as international conferences and workshops.

Implement a seamless follow-up on all prospects and develop effective relationships with the overseas educational consultants are ensuring high visibility for the programs and Regis University at large.

Assist in the development and maintenance of the international recruitment and marketing plan with the purpose of promoting Regis University's visibility throughout the Global market.

Support the University's mission and core values as a contributing member of the University community

Other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management.
International Credentials Evaluation
-
Evaluate academic documents for eligibility for international undergraduate, graduate and doctoral admissions.

Evaluate international academic credentials for transfer credit and provide transfer credit allowances.

Establish international course equivalencies to grant transfer credit.

Calculate international grade equivalents for admissions and, scholarship awards.

Evaluate applicants for English Proficiency requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
Experience:
- At least five (5) of experience in international student recruiting and admissions reflecting progressively increasing levels of responsibility and accountability.
- Knowledge of international higher education.
- Knowledge of international admissions and enrollment practices
- Prior international operations experience, advising skills, preferably in higher education.
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting (e.g., building and utilizing formulas, pivot table, macros, and external data sources/queries).
Leadership:
- Minimum of three years of supervisory or exempt level experience in a related environment.

Pay Rate:
$70,000 to $75,000 / annually commensurate with qualifications
