Position: LVN / LPN- LTC
Location: 7 Loring Hills Avenue Salem, MA 01970
Shift Information: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00)
Job Duration: 13 weeks contract with an option to extend
Job description- We are looking for a compassionate LPN with an ability to remain calm under pressure. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.
Responsibilities-
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
- Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
- Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
- Measuring vital signs.

Requirements-
- State License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
