Required Qualification:
- Tire 4 Operators must be able to perform all operator level 3 tasks and responsibilities stated in ISO #P2008, P2009, and #P2010.
- Minimum of 12 months at level 3 position or equivalent experience.
- Proven adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Knowledge derived from training or on the job experience of NDC and IBC systems.
- Excellent Trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge derived from training or on the job experience of Epic and Process Control Operating Systems.
- Experience with Poly-Blown and film Extrusion.
Tasks:
- Operate all lines and auxiliary equipment unassisted in the manufacturing area,
- Checking all aspects of product quality.
- Loading of all resin and additive components.
Offloading and proper storage of components not in use Setting up exact of proper trim recovery
- Ability to perform unassisted setups on 3305, 3106 and 3107 extruders.
- Perform set ups when online printing is required and if required.
- Operate as many as 3 extruders.
- Perform Purges as per guidelines
- Entering production data into ERP
- Cleaning of theatre, and nip rolls when required.
- Cleaning of printing press after use when required.
- House cleaning when required.
- Responsible for:
- Optimizing production quality
- Equipment care
- Maintaining productivity
- Troubleshoot and quality issue
- Troubleshoot all the production equipment
- Must weigh and mark all scarp boxes using the inventory label (PCL-0802)
- The label must have the correct code corresponding with the scarp using code (P#7006)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
