Overview
As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for the overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.
This position will oversee the entire patient journey including: creating campaigns, capturing new leads in our custom CRM, assigning leads to the sales team, and recapping campaign performance. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing call center team and ensuring campaign attribution is as accurate as possible. The Position: We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Rehab Medical team!

- Flexible schedule to work both remotely and from the corporate office
- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors
- Works closely with Marketing Manager to ensure vision for campaign creative assets are met and produced in a timely manner
- Build/Manage strategy for supporting new sales offices through Rep in Training Program
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Produce weekly update to director on sales performance
- Manage Tradeshows
Education and Experience:
- Must be located in Indianapolis, Indiana (or willing to relocate)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must have 5 years’ experience managing lead generating campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using the following software or equivalent: Asana (project management), SalesForce/Hubspot (CRM), Google Ads/BingAds, Nextiva Unity (call center platform)
