The Office Manager, under the direct supervision of the Field Operations Director, will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversight and support of operations for designated office
  • Drive team performance through organization and planning
  • Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures
  • Oversee the management of inventory levels
  • Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations
  • Assist with interviewing and training
  • Manage overall performance of all direct reports

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years supervision and/or customer service experience
