Clinical Supervisor

An opening exists in our NYS OMH licensed PROS program for a Clinical Supervisor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The salary range is $65,000/year to $75,000/year. The PROS program is a person-centered, recovery-oriented model that service adults recovering from mental illness. Qualified candidates must be credentialed as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, R.N., Therapeutic Recreational Specialist, Credentialed Alcoholism Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist, or other qualifying credentials that meet the standards for professional staff as defined by OMH NYCRR Part 512.4(z). The candidate will have a working knowledge of the PROS program model and services, with at least 3 years human services experience 1 of which must be in a supervisory capacity, and a proven ability to work with and develop multi-disciplinary teams. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordination and oversight of daily operations of the PROS program including, but not limited to documentation, billing, admission and discharge processes, crisis services, provision of rehabilitative and clinical services, and supervision of PROS rehabilitation practitioners. The position is an exempt position and does include after-hours on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
