Job Description:
REIC Specialty LLC, a Rental Equipment Investment Corporations (REIC) company, sales team is responsible for renting climate control equipment while maintaining customer relations with existing clients, as well as building new business opportunities in their territory to a diverse customer base that includes a variety of construction, contractors, industrial, event companies, and more. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide collaborative leadership to the sales team to motivate sales representatives toward meeting and exceeding sales goals and company targets.
- Responsible for the business’ organic growth performance.
- Assign territories and create sales plans with quotas for sales teams in alignment with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales approach and able to successfully coach the team on how and when to best use the approach.
- Review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, identify potential new markets, and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Minimum of 3 days per week in field coaching sales team
- Daily management of customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and quotes.
- Identify hiring needs for growth; select and train new salespeople.
- Work effectively with operations partners to successfully execute jobs and realize growth targets.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Provide feedback that is timely and constructive to develop sales representatives.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills:
- Proven track record of using a consultative sales process to generate results.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in reading construction blueprints preferred. (Will train if necessary.)
- Proficiency in use of CRM system to track business activity.
- Project management, new business engagement and customer retention skills.
- Success in working in a business that is customer-centric.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Experience utilizing MS Office applications to maintain existing and new customer information.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, such as: marketing, sales management, or business.
- 10 years of demonstrated sales leadership experience required.
