Event Coordinator/Game Day Representative - Part-time/Seasonal
PAY: Commensurate with experience up to $25 - $30/hr
League Tasks:
- Oversee game day operations.
- Set up and break down league booth.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Actively create relationships with and provide support for all coaches and officials.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down game fields.
- Oversee and handle game situations/conflicts.
- Ensure implementation and provide knowledge of all rules of the game, as needed.
- Clean up of the fields and surrounding areas throughout the day.
- Weekly communication with and support of the staff at headquarters.
- Ensure all players and coaches are having a great experience.
League Requirements:
- Ability to attend coaches’ meetings and mandatory staff trainings.
- Ability to work 8 Sundays for the duration of the season.
- Ability to communicate with Operations Coordinator at the Main Office throughout game day via phone with access to the internet.
- Ability to address concerns and questions from customers appropriately.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to carry a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to transport large/cumbersome pieces of equipment (example - Awning tent, foldable table, storage container, etc.).
- Customer service-oriented personality.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Ability to officiate Flag Football games in the event of missing official(s). *Premium will be paid for hours spent officiating.
- Ability to coach Flag Football teams in the event of a missing coach(s).
