Position Summary: Our Sales representative is responsible for driving business growth locally and regionally within the Midwest. This position will proactively seek out, develop, and follow through on new opportunities and markets. This person’s main objective will be to acquire new customers and retain new and existing customers. This person will be able to meet goals independently and will leverage tools and resources when appropriate. This position will report directly to the CEO, play a critical role in our business, and provide excellence in our quality to empower members to live a healthy, happy life.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and honest person to provide drive our sales and provide second-mile service for our business and individual customers. This is a 100% commission based position that has uncapped potential as growing business.

- Proven "hunter" in new business sales skills for proactively identifying, prospecting, developing and closing net new opportunities with demonstrated success
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs and pass quarterly PT test, stand for up to 8 hours at a time, walk for extended periods of time, sit, and use various computerized equipment.
- Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen
- Participate in our tobacco free and smoke/vape-free workforce
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weekends on occasion (Friday through Sunday).
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience required
- 2 years of experience in the Fitness Industry preferred
- Business or fitness degree preferred
- Prior fitness equipment sales experience preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus!

Pay: $59,975.70 - $81,939.30 per year
