Manager, Food Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team. The Food Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory control, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and ability to mix drinks preferred
- Experience in food production or food service is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in banquet or hotel settings is beneficial

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
